This program is designed for any person who has at least 3 months of weights training experience (understands and knows how to perform gym exercises) and wants to take a structured approach and get serious results. It's like having your own personal coach but on your phone, and for a fraction of the price.

This program consists of 3 gym sessions per week for 6 weeks- all targeting glutes and legs, (there is no upper body in this particular program- you can do upper body training on your days between leg days).
You need access to a gym that has barbells + generic gym machines to follow this program.
