Glute camp is a 30 minute non stop booty burn, all to the beat of fun, upbeat and girly music.

Bikini Body Saturday

Bikini body is the sister class to Glute Camp on Saturday,
Bikini body is a mix of both booty and abs work, all to the beat of fun, upbeat and girly music!
The class uses a mixture of resistance bands, body weight exercises and pilates styles moves for the most fun abs and booty workout you will ever do!
The class is fast paced and energizing, leaving you feeling on top of the world!
